Yuliana Garcia Graduate Student, UCLA

Yuliana Garcia is a PhD student in Human Development and Psychology at UCLA. She is a researcher at the Institute for Immigration, Globalization, and Education (UCLA), and a part time lecturer at Mount Saint Mary’s University. Her research interests include studying the risk and resilience factors that influence educational attainment for minority youth as well as the experiences and psychological outcomes for Latinos and undocumented youth. Yuliana is a proud first generation immigrant from Mexico.
